The past decade has seen industrial globalization. The companies that have survived and grown in business are those who are able to harness the technology, manpower and manufacturing resources wherever they are available in the world for the maximum quality output to cost ratio. An idea may be developed by a small group in USA or Germany, it may be compared with alternate approaches and matured into a feasible concept by another group in Canada, its implementation in the hardware may be designed in Singapore, and the drawings may be prepared and the software code written in India. The manufacture of parts and their integration may be in other suitable locations.
Technology Development Consultancy Center (TDCC) was conceptualized in the mid nineties to facilitate this trend. TDCC or its past/ present associates have contributed in several diverse areas such as DNA Arraying Robots, Bio-technology Automation, Bio-medical process Automation like prophylactic product line upgrades, Manufacturing Technology Automation, Machine Tools, Simulation, Animation, and Modeling. Based on the past achievements of the expertise available at TDCC, it can be said that TDCC has the capability and enterprise to design and develop high technology concepts, prototypes, and products that can be patented and sold to the industry for several million dollars with potential for mass scale deployment of units to be functional in various research laboratories, institutions and consumers all over the world.
To innovate, design, develop, or manufacture technologically challenging products and provide related services by harnessing the talents, expertise, experience, and resources available globally to enable our customers to achieve their business goals with the required quality and competitiveness.
The developments in which Technology Development Consultancy Center was involved can be viewed at our customer web sites. The comprehensive listing is under construction. A few of the developments were for ESI.
We look ahead to fulfill your needs whether it is innovation of a new idea to satisfy certain functional requirements, design and development of a small mechanism, a complete machine tool or automation system, manufacture, or simulation. Our consultants located at different countries are qualified, experienced, and competent. The network of resources includes state of the art designing, simulation, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and inspection infrastructure at different locations. In order to leverage the proved out and established component technologies advantageously for new product development, TDCC also represents leaders in technology intensive precision sub-assembly manufacturers. For example, we are the regional partners of HPT Precision Spindles and Drives Inc., USA, for high precision spindle products and services. The spindle products supported by TDCC in Asia through a full fledged service center with qualified and experienced technologists and technicians located at the Bangalore works can be viewed at www.hpt-drivesystems.com.
TDCC is planning to conduct workshops for students or individuals who are interested to join the industry. Workshops for the following field are planned to be held. Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Bioengineering. Please see the 'Workshop' section under 'Employment'.
